The other day I realized that all my favorite characters don't use their real names. The Doctor. Kino. Dirk Gently and Ford Prefect (who went back in time to make his pseudonym into his actual name). The Traveling Wilburys (not fictional, but aliases all the same). And The Sorrow is a codename, but still. Clearly my subconscious doesn't like my real name either. Hah.
